You can add some cornflour thickening or water to make it watery if you like it with some sauce. Is it meant to be like that? I prefer dish covered with a bit of sauce. Maybe you can add a bit of starch (corn flour) to make little bit of thick sauce. Anyway, that's just my suggestion.
