Recently son H cook this dish for the first time .....one of Gordon Ramsay's fast food meals......and it turn out to be very delicious.......the salmon was sprinkled with some sea salt on the skin side after scoring it with a knife and then it was pan fried in a little oil til the skin was crispy and then turn it over to fry the other side til cooked....

mixing crabmeat with potatoes and chopped chives and spring onions....For the crabmeat potato salad ......he mixed cooked crabmeat with mashed potato...some chopped chives, spring onions and seasoning of salt and pepper.

with vinegrette dressing of olive oil and lemon juice........he added some water and groundnut oil to this dressing and pour some into the potato salad to mix into a moist texture........ some to be drizzle over the cooked salmon when serving.....
some tomato salsa........a mixture of chopped tomatoes....onions.....chives.....olive oil and lemon juice........to be served with this dish.
