Food, Family & Friends.......

The month of July has come to an end today. Another seven months of 2009 has gone by. All I have is 3 miserable post this month. Its not that I have been down with ill health again. In fact I have been busy eating and celebrating birthdays with family and friends making me short of time to be here.( Looking forward to another one this Sunday). Just 3 months back I was on a liquid diet causing me to lose many kilos with my pants 2 sizes bigger and now I am back to my normal weight after a month of feasting.
