Weekend Snapshot #4..Curry Puffs.

This weekend I made for my boys their favorite snacks...that is curry puffs. This lovely puffs with a little spicy taste of curry powder will never fail to whet anyone's appetite and it will disappear as fast as soon as it is out of the oven........

p.s. I have a recipe on how to make this easy puffs here. Can be improvise with sardines or tuna instead of meat.........

molly - Hi, molly..I do not used any water for this puff pastry...just defrost it and when soften, put fillings on one side and fold over and press the edges first neatly with fingers making sure the fillings are tuck in nicely and then press with the tine of a fork.....
If I made my own pastry from scratch I wet the edges with water before pleating.
