These cute and tiny ones were given by niece Jocelyn. The fillings are red bean paste with melon seeds.
This expensive jelly mooncake with birdnest was bought by son H at rm 16.90 per piece for his dear mummy. I reprimand him that he should have ask me to make one instead of spending his pocket money on such an expensive item. But anyway it is the thoughts that counts and I am no where in my circumstances to make any this year. See my last year 's creation here.

Hi Jasmine, I only love those with mix nuts, will take a pass at those with eggs in them.
Just had one last nightgiven by a friend, but gave the egg part to my wife, ha ha.

Oh wow, what a lot of mooncakes. :) haven't visited your blog in a while cos keep having problems opening it. Maybe cos of the additional widgets etc. Aww... you shudn't scold him. It's his thoughts and he was willing to sacrifice his money to buy you something from the bottom of his heart. You shud thank him instead.
Wow, nice! Coming to think of it.. I only ate 1 mooncake this year - Tiramisu one from Yu-Ai. Mooncakes are getting more and more expensive every year.. haih
