More pineapple jam.... for more pineapple tarts....
i have been making pineapple tarts for three days in a row this week ( not the whole day...but in the evening only after dinner coz i don't want to miss some of my HK dramas on TV.)...and i had run out of jam.....so i made my own jams from 2 pineapples today......my recipe is in the previous posting....
