Stirfried Squids with Celery............

This is another one of my homecook stirfry dish......using celery, chilli and big onion to flavour the squids.......

Ingredients:

4 medium-size squids
2 cloves garlic,chopped
1 fresh red chilli, cut into 2 cm sections
1 big red onion, quartered
celery stalks- slice in a slant
light soya sauce and salt to taste

Method:

Wash the squids.....removing the ink sac ,back bones , eyes.....and cartilage in the centre of tentacles. Then cut open the squids on one side and cut diagonal slits on the inner side of the squids to make it curl up when cooked. Cut into small pieces and cleaned. Heat a tablespoon of oil in pan. Fry garlic and onion for a minute. Add squids, light soya sauce and salt to taste. Fry for a minute and add some water if gravy is prefer. Do not overcook the squids or else it will shrink and be tough. Lastly add chillis and celery stalks and stirfry for another minute. Remove and serve hot.

Hi Sweet Jasmine, wow, you and me have similar taste of music. I'm now listening to your Tennesse waltz.
May I have this dance with you?
I love this squid dish.
I think before I leave for Malaysia, I must ahemm, give a big hint and get myself invited to your house for dinner, haha.
Sweet Jasmine, I say it again, you my kind of woman, have a nice evening, Lee.
