For the crabmeat potato salad ......he mixed cooked crabmeat with mashed potato...some chopped chives, spring onions and seasoning of salt and pepper.

with vinegrette dressing of olive oil and lemon juice........he added some water and groundnut oil to this dressing and pour some into the potato salad to mix into a moist texture........ some to be drizzle over the cooked salmon when serving.....
some tomato salsa........a mixture of chopped tomatoes....onions.....chives.....olive oil and lemon juice........to be served with this dish.

There you go again, making my tummy rumble with the ever unique and delicious looking food in your blog. Your son is so dedicated when it comes to cooking, taking so much care and effort in making a nice dish. Lucky his future wife!
Wow, is he going to be a chef cos he always dishes out all these sophisticated stuff. ;) Ramsey is definitely his fav chef but I doubt he'd like to train under him unless he got really thick skin and taken all kinds of abuse. Hahaha!
little corner of mine - my son H recently had a craving for western food though he loves curries and nasi lemak very much....i think it must be due to his lessons in college and these Gordon Ramsay's shows on tv....which he never misses....
ai wei - you will learn how to cook when yr time comes....at the moment just drop by to 'drool' over mine...thks....
healthfreakmom - ya..lucky girlfriend and mom too....he seems to be interested in trying out new dishes of his idol...but not chinese food though...and he still eats his daily meals of mum's cooking....he is full of appetite recently for his 19yrs age...
singarishgirl - ya..he's aiming to be one....his next destination is off to UK...to look out for Hell's Kitchen...i think...ya..true..u have to be one hell of a think skin fellow to be his trainee...but son said ...to be one..the chances is one in a million...
looks really good, the salmon skin must be very crisp :D~ I like the tomato salsa concoction too, this looks like a lot of hard work, yummy :D
