The Perfect Breakfast.....................

This morning son H made this what he called the perfect breakfast.......with toasted french bread.....scramble eggs..... some pan-fried cherry tomatoes and portabello mushrooms. Shot some pics here of him in action.....

Scrambling 3 whole eggs in pan with a knob of butter on low medium heat.....(my poor cheapskate rubber scrapper got heated up.....next time must buy a heatproof one.....i quickly pass him a wooden ladle before he melted up my scrapper with his scramble eggs).....

After a few minutes of stirring the scramble eggs look like this......

Taking it away from stove......he added a dash of sea salt and black pepper to taste.......

Then he mixed in a tablespoon of sour cream...........

Lastly he added in some chopped chives.........to egg mixture.

Pan frying some cherry tomatoes and portabello mushroom in olive oil.....with a sprinkling of sea salt.........

Slicing a piece of bread..........for toasting.

Dressing up with scramble eggs over a slice of toasted french bread ....cherry tomatoes and mushroom and...............

Bravo !......my hero digging into his perfect breakfast.............

Hello Sweet Jasmine, aha, I notice you have a new profile pic. Very nice. Beautiful infact. Now when we see the sweet jasmine, the flower I mean, ha ha, will know it;s you.
As there are so many kinds, you can. ha ha, depend on your mood of the day, switch flowers?
Hey, when a son or daughter can cook, it's a BIG compliment to the mother.
And you know, a son may love his sweetheart the most, or his wife the best, but his mother....the longest.
Well done, Sweet Jasmine, his cooking looks delicious. Oh only day before my wife bought a box of sea salt.
By the way, have you tried the potatos called, 'Yukon Gold'? If not try them.
Have a beautiful Sunday, Sweet Dreams.....ooops! Sweet Jasmine I mean, Lee.

This is one huge breakfast that will put more kilos on my weight...but a good one for a growing teenager who needs to show more muscles to the girls out there.
