Quick And Easy Peasy Curry Fish......

My easy peasy pot of hot and spicy curry fish..............

Once in a blue moon you will be attack by the 'lazy bug'........so what happens when all your energy were spent on other things and your stomach was groaning for something hot and spicy like a curry dish........and you cannot imagine yourself spending hours in the kitchen slicing, chopping, and blending for a pot of your favorite curry.

But I had found a quick and easy way to satisfy my craving for this spicy dish.......and thanks to these wonderful ready packed sauces you find easily on the supermarket shelves that will make your life worth living. So I never fail to grab some of these sauces when I did my grocery shopping. Here is a fish curry dish I cook today using this packet of fish curry sauce....my favorite brand which i find is the best among the others...tastewise.

I only need to cut up some ladysfinger, 2 nos. tomatoes and some curry leaves from my garden to be added in with the fish to the sauces.....and all it takes is putting everything into the pot including the fish... about 300 gms into a pot and boiled on low medium heat for 10 to 15 mins depending on the type of fish you use.

My favourite.......and time saving........packet of fish curry sauce.

Hi Sweet Jasmine, wow! You cooked another one of my favorite dishes.
Used to go to a shop in Butterworth, as well in Penang Tg Tokong and KL Brickfields for this dish.
Where were you when I was hunting? Ha ha. You still in school, ha ha.
Love your Brenda Lee song...
You and me have similar interest in songs, huh? Ha ha.
You have a beautiful Sunday, and stay beautiful, Sweet Jasmine, Lee.

On lazy days, I cheat and used such convenient packs too. hehehe.... I try not to use them too much because of the preservatives.

Hey Jasmine, your son is also a chef? My son's training to be one. :)

Sweet Jasmine said...

eastcoastlife - yes...a little cheating here won't do you much harm....instead makes up time for other better things....ha..ha..

My son is not a chef..yet, he is only a teenager....but he will be one if he goes on like this...unless he change his direction somewhere else....glad to know yr son is training to be one....a good prospect too if he has the interest....hope for the best for him.....

I would like to share this with you. I met this old lady (79 years old) who is so active & driving around and also had severe arthritis. She had an attack in Australia while visiting her daughter in year 2003 and her daughter's neighbour introduced this vitamin to her. She has been taking it since then and did not have any pain at all. She said she had a blood check recently & cholesterol level is only 2.6
Mind you, I am not selling, just sharing with you. Ignore this message if you are not interested.

anoynomous- thks for dropping over here and sharing something nice with me....but i am not too sure that old lady had what type of arthritis....becoz there r many types of arthritis that is of a different nature...some are soft tissue rheumatism which are easily manage with the right medication...and what i had is call rheumatoid arthritis(RA)...which is more serious..causes swollen joints due to a defect in the blood cells.....and had to use a type of demarker drugs ..the ones they use for fighting cancer cells...to modify it from further attack of my cells in the joints....anyway there is no harm in letting me know about this vitamins...which might helps boost my immune system further....you can post it here....and it might help those who are in need of it....thank you again for yr caring thoughts...

The brand name of the vitamin is "USANA" and is well known in US, Canada and Australia. (Can anyone in those countries confirm?) This old lady showed me her fingers and it look deformed at the joints but not swollen. She said her knees and ankle were badly swollen 5 years ago. I have checked with my hubby's colleague and confirmed that it actually help building strong cells. (prevention of the big 'C').. Do check it out..
