The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian...

This is the movie I watched yesterday at GSC Gurney. I have a soft spot for fantasy , fairy tales and adventures story books when I was young. This is one movie of adventures and fantasies that is both exciting and entertaining from the start to the end running for a straight 2 hrs 20 mins show.

This movie is based on one of the 7 fantasy novels by C. S. Lewis. It has a mixture of fairy tales and fantasies with charateristic of Greek and Roman mythology where animals could talk, magic is common and where the good battles over evil. For the synopsis of this movie, click here.

Check out Kess' Mama on the lessons learned from this movie.....and here are some screenshots from movie.....

The evil Lord Miraz.......battles with Peter.

The Pevensie siblings...Edmund, Peter, Lucy and Susan

Aslan, the lion with Lucy...........

The battle between the Narnians and the Telmarines troops.

Hi Sweet Jasmine, Holy Smoke, you mass produce blog postings? Ha ha. Everyday one?
I don't go overboard for these kinds of movies, unless its Indiana Jones, or one of my favourites, "Romancing the Stone".
Only saw 4 movies in two years, "Last Samurai, Memoirs of a Geisha, Letters from Iwo Jima", and "Flags of our fathers".
Never even read or seen Harry Potter, ha ha.
You keep well, Jasmine, Lee.

Hi,Lee...I have not been going to the cinema for quite sometime maybe once in a blue moon too if someone invites me...and this is just as entertaining than staying at home most of the time glueing to the TV screen or my lappy...
I love adventures movie like Indiana Jones too...there is one coming up in two weeks time here...will definitely make a date with it...

re: mass production of my posting..? Not really, just to keep my readers entertain or it will be a boring day between us.

Hi Jasmine, I have not been to cinema for ages. My elder has his cousin to take him, and younger has the classmate's father to fetch whole car load of friends to watch movie. I, alone in the house no one to entertain me, no one to talk to....... Not that pittiful la! Just joking. Whenever my children are out I feel relieve, so happy, just give them some money to exchange for one whole day of freedom, no need to cook ma!

molly - Hi,Molly...my children are old enough to go to the movies themselves and it is once in a while like this they do invite me to go along with them or else I rather stay at home to do my own things. A day or two without cooking is indeed freedom for us mothers...ha.ha..hope we get real freedom when they are out into the world on their own one day....
